Electronics index
Local guide for PHYSICS/Electromagnetism/Electronics. Use this folder for practical circuit thinking built on Charge, Voltage, Current, and Resistance.
Local notes
- Electronics Key concepts — nodes, branches, passive sign convention, ideal wires.
- Electronics Equations and definitions — symbols, units, and core circuit laws.
- Electronics Examples — short worked examples and sanity checks.
- Electronics Common pitfalls — sign, unit, and conceptual traps.
- Electronics Questions to answer — prompts for future revision/project work.
What belongs here
Electronics studies how components guide charge flow and energy transfer. In beginner circuits, the key move is to separate “what moves” from “what changes”: Charge moves around the loop, Current measures its rate, Voltage measures energy change per charge, and Resistance sets the current-voltage relation for simple components.
Suggested order
- Read Electronics Key concepts.
- Keep Electronics Equations and definitions open while solving problems.
- Check answers against Electronics Examples.
- Review Electronics Common pitfalls when something feels physically impossible.
